Back-to-School

Anybody else have an urge to go buy new pens and notebooks? Or is it just me?
I'll willingly admit that I'd be a professional student if I could somehow pull it off (i.e. pay for it).

to Rebecca and Teresa - Are you back in school yet? And more importantly, how many days until Christmas break?

and to Jake because I still have an in (or two) to the ISU schedule - Happy first day back. Go get some free cookies from Welcome Fest for me.

Are you people crazy?? I'd much rather spend my days dealing with annoying users and my evenings mowing my lawn, playing Halo 2, and watching Family Guy than doing homework!!

I started back on Monday. Yippee!

I honestly can't tell you whether I'd rather be in school or working. I want to be a pharmacist, and I'm looking forward to starting my career. But I have to go to school longer to do it, so I try to focus on the freedom of being a student and try and forget about all the studying!

yep, i'm back to school. tuesday was our first day...just rules and crap so far, but i guess it's going ok. and i really think your view on going back to school would be different from the other side of the desk. ;) on the plus side, my boss at the library wants me to keep working saturdays and maybe some evenings, so i still get to do my fun job!

Rebecca-
No doubt that it would. I'd last all of three minutes as a teacher...

Technically, I'm not in school yet. I'm still out in sunny southern California and loving it. I'm still on my internship until probably the middle of December. I don't have to be back at school until Jan. 9.

In other news, the company that I work for, RBF Consulting, was just named "Best Firm in the Nation to Work For" by CE Magazine (Civil Engineering). Bam!
